They're functionaries doing their job which is doing what they're told and trying to get through the day on a crap wage so they can get by like everybody else. I wish Geo had given the name of the bank, so I would know to tell whomever that the bank upon which they are using a check is unacceptable to me, and that "person" who is paying me must provide a different means of "payment".

I refused to give mine at a bank . They told me they couldn't cash it then. I said-are you telling me that the check is no good. she said no. I told her that she was in violation of a contract and if she could not cash it and I will sue for breach of contract. She got the manager and he oked her to cash it anyway. Helps to know contract laws. LOL
