Funny thing. In my SF company we were able to kick out two non-performers by using proper documentation and proper leadership. It took a little while. But, they were actually off the team with a mere Tm Sgt/Tm Ldr request to higher. One of those idiots even got his tab revoked.  But both lost their clearances and so forth. By looking at your video and seeing your comments, my only conclusion is that either your team or company sucked, or both. I'm glad I'm not in that unit.

From my experience, senior leadership is made up of the shitbags no one wants on their team. My first team commander, who became company XO, failed the Q-Course three times and almost killed my junior radio man with a grenade launcher. He also designated himself the company's bartender. With a little Hollywood magic, he could be made out to be a real hero.
