20 amp fuse I think is what you are looking for, not 20 watt.

Wired in series you can probably use 100% vinegar and as the water in the vinegar cooks away your amps will go up until someday you may only need to add distilled water.

@robdham99 Why not cook the vinegar in some old stainless-steel containers on a stove or outside on a fire, saving the cells for wear and tear?
