This sounds like the kind of bawdy tune Oscar Brand (anybody remember him?) might have recorded, and since I've never explored Brand's music in extreme depth, it's probable he may have recorded it, but I don't know. By the way, does anybody know the title of a wonderfully narsty Judge Dread tune that goes "Funky spunky night in Big five/It's gonna be pussy versus cocky tonight" (set to the tune of "Rainy Night in Georgia")? I've had it on cassette for 30 years and love it to death...

These are very old ditty's that this guy just put to music. My Dad was reciting the Suzanne verse back when he was in grade school at Morton Elementary in Lexington, Kentucky and he was born in 1933. His olders sisters taught it to him.
