This gate hardware has a great design. But would not recommend for a gate the same size as a fence panel (which is what I needed). Unfortunately, they do not identify the limitations of this gate kit. It worked perfect for a few days then the weight of the gate caused it to sag. Only use for small gates and you should be okay.
