@tokidoki500: There was a sequel planned but it never happened. Too bad. One of my favorite HK'ers from the 90's. I believe this was actually based on a wuxia novel if I'm not mistaken (maybe Gu Long? anyone?) which explains the frenetic pacing of the film... trying to cram 100's of pages of source material into 90+ minutes ... and STILL not finishing the story!
