This video is absolutely correct. I am addicted to porn when I first started watching at age 18, now I am 27. I find it extremely difficult to stop watching and it is truly killing me. I want to try everything in my power to stop. Wish I wasn't curious to watch porn at 18, I would not be going through all of this he'll to stop.

@mike7383 Try to go a few days without porn, it will be hard but you'll notice a change in how you feel. Find something else to do when you feel like watching porn. Alot of this comes from repressed feelings and as you go through this 'recovery process' for a few weeks you'll see what it what's holding you down.

Porn is the hardest addiction to learn to manage because sexuality is essential in a healthy life. I agree, David, a lot of addiction is trying to self medicate a problem that was earlier in childhood.

I learned that in order to stop watching porn it's easy just understand that you have a choice not to do it.. and that if you go through the pain of not watching it

it will exercise your body,.. and mind

it will make it easier to focus eventually if you don't watch it long enough the pain in your sex organ from not watching it will numb..

I also read Every Man's Battle and didn't care for it. It was the standard dealing with symptoms instead of the root causes. It might stop looking at porn, but won't remove the negative feelings we're trying to self-medicate.

Three of us walked into an adult porn shop in 1982 when i was eleven. Still angry to this day why they let us in. After school it was. Yes! I was just about to say something about it. Internet addiction is an EVIL addiction because internet is NOT your friend and will never be! Although you want it to be your friend and keep you company it is NOT. Internet is a great tool but is NOT a friend.
