I drive a 2000 suburban that is very similar to this one. All i can say is that Ive grown up in this car and Ive loved every second of it. It was purchased by my parents when i was five years old and i have just recently turned 16 and am now driving this car as my first car. If your thinking of buying a chevy suburban, new or old, I can assure you that you will be buying a quality car that will last you many years.

Not too many. Little things may have problems, like some lights not working on the radio controls. These engines will run for ever, from my experience.

They are good cars, the LT, like I have, is surprisingly luxurious. Leather seats, autoride suspension, very smooth ride, quite a bit of power (285 hp from a 5.3 liter V8), DVD player, Bose sound system. Unfortunately there was no option for navigation. Mine has all the options I listed plus more. Just make sure the one you get was very well taken care of. These were pretty expensive new (paid $45k for ours new) but pretty cheap now, $13k-$18k loaded.

I have a 2001 Black suburban with barn doors to honestly say i think that the interior is nice but the door pannels would be better if they were like mine how its all tan like the handle not tan handle and blackish gray around the rest but other than that very nice oh by the way unless you plan on raising a burban everyone who is looking to buy one lol dont 4x4 but it does do killer donuts if you like that
