  • @kwonman12 less fashion, more thrashin. at least it's not as bad as my friend who looks like he's riding a motorcycle when he skates. it's about having fun anyways, keep the negative comments to yourself.

  • @kwonman12

    Herp. Derp.

  • your gud

  • @jakereece1000

    Nah, I'm just old.

  • gay vide

  • my mini sucks!

i use to 1080 ramps and kant do shit.drop in rockto fakie

loose crazy speed drop back in ramp slips and fall on your ass.

    hmph

my step dads gunna build me and my bro 1 soon

  • i liked the blunt melon to fakie you need to do a rocket air style blunt fakie

  • Shit looks dope

  • sick vid man, just made myself a 2 foot high mini q pipe in my basement for an indoor spot to skate during the harsh Canadian winter coming up :)

  • @alexandriaskateteam can u add a video of it ill sub

  • @Deathclaw99 yeah man. ill film a bit and let you know when i got it up.

  • @alexandriaskateteam thankyou

  • @alexandriaskateteam im thinkin bout makin a 2 foot mini so i need an idea of the curve and stuff

  • what's the width, height and length?

  • @hempu96

I don't know the specifics, they just built it with the wood they had.

  • 1:18 what was that? a 360 shovit to nose stallor a 360 flip to nosestall? correct me if it was a different trick

  • @jessiekingofcool

Sure thing man... it was intended to be an impossible to nose stall, but I mobbed it like crazy so it's probably more like a really ugly/weird 360 shuv. Cheers!

  • chimp lol

  • how manny cost the ramp?

  • you swing swing your arms around too much

  • @adopteddingo2121

    I'm a chimpanzee, it's how we roll.

  • how much is it to build one exactly the same as yours?

  • @skateaddictions Not mine, I think the guys spent $250 or 300 USD.

  • @grimcity yeah well mine cost about $300 aus and its slightly thiner than yours so thats about right

  • i dont like your style

  • @donkashane94 That's ok, I do.

  • " We should have strted filming earlier when we had more energy" ahaha

  • @ifly59 Yeah, we do that a lot. Forget that we have cams and all. haha

  • Damn, such a smooth fluid style.

  • hey im making one for my garage but im goin to need to know some stuff

its going to be 60 cm high and 120cm wide

    1. how do you bend the ply wood ,enuff for the quarter pipes? because i couldent bend plywood that much

    2. if it was indoors you wouldent need that off the ground flat botom would you?

  • @daewonskate Let me guess: You are trying to build it as cheap as possible so you hope to only use two sheets of plywood? 12 mm, right? Don't do that. Use two layers of plywood. 9 mm and 6 mm. 9+9+6 is even better. Don't make the transition to tight either. Use a 180 cm radius (170-185). I know it will look weird and way to mellow, but if you want a micro you are able to skate you can't have a vert ramp.

  • @daewonskate Build it taller and wider. Go for a 2 1/2- 3-footer(75-90 cm) and twice as wide.

    2. Are you thinking about two quarter pipes with the garage floor as the flat bottom.(plywood *bump* concrete *BUMP* plywood kind of thing)? That sucks! Maybe a all plywod but with the garage floor as bottom support? That sucks less, but build it with a 2x4 bottom support anyways.

  • I am sort of in the process of planning a mcro in my friends garage. It will be around 2' 3/4" (80cm ) from garage floor to top platform. 8' wide (244 cm), around a 6' (180-185 cm) transition radius. around 5 1/2' -6' (170-180 cm) flat, 2' (60 cm) platforms, three sheets of surfacing (3/8"+3/8"+1/4" (9mm+9mm+6mm). 2"x4" supports every 8" (20 cm). In a approx 19' (570 cm) garage. Basically a copy of this micro: rampplans*dalehite*com (replace stars with dots .)

  • @macoproject is disaster

  • What do you think I should do if my mini ramp I have is using just regular wood for the top coat and is to hard to get up on the coping for axle stalls and tricks like that? (I dont want to get different wood)

  • can you send me the messure? please. Because i wont to build my own miniramp

  • Awesome

  • kickflip to over kroocked Sweet..

  • wow thanks that was really informative!

  • whats the trick at 0:53 called

  • Out here we call them "pop tarts." Roll up fakie, lightly pop your tail and try to bonk the coping with your back wheels while still going up, landing into a disaster. Once you get them wired, they're kind've a quick set-up trick in case you need to reset your feet for a bigger trick on the next wall of the ramp. Cheers!

  • @grimcity most ppl i know call them pop rocks

  • @macoproject a disaster

  • @macoproject fakie rock?

  • youre so lucky to have a mini ramp

  • @freerunningkid555 if you retards work anywhere for a week you can get enough money to build a mini, why do people think its so ard to own one

  • well maby its because im 13 and cant get a damn job and i dont have two parents that could both pay fir shit. so shut ur mouth u asshole

  • this is really bad

  • I know, right? It brings down the quality of You Tube, no doubt!

  • @grimcity awesome video, how tall is this micro, im building one tomorrow,

  • do u live in illinois

  • u talk too much

  • thinkin bout makin one. it rains pretty often where i live, do you think i could keep it outside?

  • i think its best too keep it in the garage , then u can skate in the winter and stuff :D

  • man if that was like 4 feet taller i would be doin somw technical stuff man luv the disater rock and roll brilliant

  • gettin 1 for mi garage sooon hopefully be nice

  • dud whered ya get it and how much was it?

  • Sorry, not my ramp. My friends built it.

  • there home built and they csot about $300 2 make

  • nice vid. soon i will have a micro mini ramp, too!

  • they any fun to skate?

  • where you get that???

  • Read vid info! :)

  • cool tarp system / 3flip / staplegun

  • your pretty freaking good man

  • sick i like your floww and consistency

  • I would like see you fall down muahahaha

  • when you tell me the price !!! i start to make a mini ramp just like this one and i finish 1 hour ago !!! thak for the information and for the video !!!

  • It's not my ramp... I imagine about $200 or $300 dollars USD, US lumber.

  • nice work bro excellent i want 1 of dese so bad lol

  • You should have blunt tre-flip back in. Daewon song styley.

  • Well, I don't want to go and show ol' Daewon up or anything, you know?

...as if there were a remote chance of me having 1/10000th of his skill! haha

  • skate lite is the best

  • hey do u have skatelite on the ramp?

    how much that cost u

do u think skatelites worth it?

skatelite is what you can put down as the surface of the ramp to make it smoother

  • Not my ramp, so no clue on cost.

Skatelite is a fine surface, but it's pretty expensive.

  • nice video. what are the dimensions?

  • Not a clue, it's just really small.

  • Dude, nothing special?... Blunt to 5-0 to tail stall is nothing special?...

  • Yeah man, once you learn how to really lock in on a blunt stall (it's easy, it's mainly just a head game and finding the right balance point), you can really do quite a lot. You can stay locked in blunt all day once you find the catch to it... to hit 5-0 you basically kickturn slightly with a little hop to it... kickturn again and you're on the tail! Just break the thing down into its elements and it's easy to see how the combo is really a chain of tricks that work well off each other.

    Peace CJ!

  • dude taht ramp is insane !!! can u tell your friend how much it cost to make one just like that and the dimension beacuse i want one juste like the one of your friend in this video !!!plz reply

  • It was a couple hundred bucks to build, but I don't even know if my friends remember the exact dimensions... it's just... little!

  • man nice tricks but work on your style it looks very sketchy

  • Sketchy is my style. I'm not working on that.

  • ill stuffs :D

  • sick

  • is it your mini ramp

  • No, it's owned by a couple of buddies of mine.

  • After watching this again, i noticed the blue tarp hanging from the wall.....

Nice idea for when it rains, i need to do that for mine

  • you are good but if you were going faster it would look a lot better

  • how high is this?

Not from the ground but from the lowest part of the tranny

  • i would say no more that 3 ft

  • kk thnx man

  • i got my mini ramp yesterday XD its awesome, nice vid :)

  • That's a tight ramp.

  • nice

  • pretty tight y0

  • Poser? Little kids still use that word?

Anyway, if you don't like my clips, just don't watch them. I share random skate clips for the hell of it... if you want to be a jock, go right ahead. I'll still be skating long after you've quit.

  • ...not to beat a dead horse, but the description is accurate, just look at the sweat on my shirt.

Now, feel free to fuck off you little jock bitch.

  • The L-R balance was a complete accident, but one of those lucky accidents, you know? The camera was a lot closer to the ramp than it appears, and since it was catching the audio in stereo, it went back & forth like a balance shift.

I'm a headphone user myself (while o PC or editing)... I have nice speakers on my PC, but I've literally never used them. Good headphones just have the best sound.I've been using the same set of Sony MDR-V600's for years.

  • Coo!

  • 0:23 sweet!

  • nice tricks but your really sketchy... but it is a small mini.

  • Nah, I'm always really sketchy man. :)

  • Make it sketchier next time so we can laugh at all the rants ;)

Good tricks man, keep it up!

Oh btw, how much did that mini cost to make?

  • Haha, props!

I really don't know how much money my friends put into the ramp... not more than a couple hundred... the thing is really, really small. Having said that, I think some of the wood was given to them. Being that we're in Louisiana where stuff is relatively cheap, I figure they collectively put in about $200, most of that went into surfacing (and subsequent resurfacing). Peace!

  • no style. ramp looks fun though.

  • Style is for fashion models. I prefer skating for shits and giggles.

  • skating style is for fashion models? you don't hold a very strong argument.

  • Did I say skating style? No, I said style.

And like I said, style is for fashion models. I don't understand skaters being so worried about something so subjective and retarded as "style," when in fact, it's all about fun and nothing more. I hope that you'll appreciate that sentiment one day... even if skating itself goes out of style (as it has in the past).

  • did i say anything to do with models? no, i was referring to your skating style.

there is nothing "retarded" about having a good skating style. in fact it's one of the key elements of being a good skateboarder.

though i suppose you know nothing of that.

  • My comments regarding style to you obviously went right over your head, out the back door, and off to rape a koala.

And no, style means absolutely nothing to being a good skateboarder. The only thing that makes a skateboarder good is whether or not they're having fun riding, nothing less, nothing more. I've skated for nearly 24 years, and I'm good enough to have fun. Style doesn't mean a damned thing, the only thing that matters is that I enjoy it.

One day, this truth might seep into your head.

  • i agree! I have been skating for about three years, i suck but i love skating. if you can flow with good style so be it

  • i agree too i been skating for 2 years all i can do is ollie and i dont care what anyone says i love skating

  • i second that!

  • nice ramp!

  • That was sloppy. Good skating though

  • Sloppy's how I do that shit! haha

    Thanks man.

  • bro u suck at skate bording just quit and go read a book

  • Yeah man, I'll do that.

  • tommorow your half pipe will be gone!!!!!

  • Noooooooooo!

  • Cool!!i really want one!!!!:P

  • ooohh that looks fun as hell! I bet you could do like anything on that ramp.

  • i ll steal this

  • The ramp is cheaper than a plane to and from Germany.

Regardless, if you want to steal it, come to Hammond and ask for directions to the "Hooligan House." Good luck!

  • Haha nice battle ;)

You're a nice guy with much brain and your parents did a good job :)

  • Haha, cheers from the States man! Should you ever be in the area, come visit... lots of good skating to be had!

  • nice tre

  • man your pretty good

  • thats really nice dude.. the first video i watched of ur videos was the impossible trick tip video, but i couldnt even kickflip back then

  • That's awesome, man! I really appreciate the feedback... I'm slowing down on my reviews so I can make more "basic" trick tips. I just like sharing skating... I know it's not amazing, but I want to convey how fun it is, you know? Take care and keep shredding, danger!

  • i cant shred now, sadly, i have to wait like 2 weeks before skating again cuase i sprained my ankle

  • Yeah, we're never done "paying our dues" man... I can especially relate to ankles, over the years I must have sprained them each a few dozen times. I actually wear athletic ankle braces when I skate now because my ankles are crap now.

  • where do u get ankle braces? do u mean u cant skate without them or that youl get hurt too much without them?

  • I use the athletic style ankle braces found at Wal Mart or any typical drug store... if I skate hard without a brace on, I'll either definitely sprain it or possibly break it. My ankles have been sprained and fractured so many times that they're really weak. I'm still trying to push myself as hard as I can skate, so I just secure 'em and go!

  • ill probably need those in a bit too lol

  • how much do they cost?

  • Not a clue, man... it was home built by my friends, and I honestly don't know how much they spent. I don't imagine it was over $300 max.

  • Dude! Was that a fucking impossible!?

  • Heh, yeah man, one of my favorite tricks!

  • heyy man

    sick video

do you know where i can get blue prints or plans for a ramp like that?

  • Holy Crap. This video has awesome audio.

  • My old-man grunts? hehe

  • Nah, it must be stereo?

  • It was when I uploaded it... pretty sure YouTube doesn't turn it mono... not positive though.

  • yea it sounds stereo. and i cant remember alot of other videos on youtube that are.

  • gnarly dude

  • just kiding ha ha

  • I was gonna say... make sure the meat's cooked, you could get mad cow (ass) disease if the meat isn't properly cooked! hehe

  • meat is good in my anus

  • nice kickflip you did

  • wow 1 star

  • Only one star? Now little Timmy can't get that surgery he needed! THIS IS THE END OF THE WORLD

  • lolz

  • that bli=unt and tre were gnar

  • how much did it cost to build this?

  • Not a clue... I'd imagine well under $300.

  • dude that's an almost board isn't it

  • Nah, it's a shop deck. My personal setups are either our shop's boards or boards from Deluxe. The only time I ride Chinese wood is when I'm doing a review on something sent to me.

  • I'm thinkin of gettin one of the site for chrissy, I don't no where to put it though.

  • can u tell me wat the difference is between a micro mini and a normal mini

  • I don't think there's a technical specification that would automatically mean "this is micro," it's a really generalized and subjective term to use. On average, most minis I've skated are between 3 1/2 feet to 6. I've skated plenty of larger ramps and plenty of smaller ramps, but there are some ramps that are just so tiny (like this one) that it feels appropriate to refer to it as "micro." You could just refer to it as a mini ramp and you'd be right, the mini part just describes it as tiny.

  • nice tree flip

  • sick tricks but it needs to be less mellow so you dont have to pump as hard.

  • good ^^

  • nice blunts to 5-0s

  • i like it.

  • youre doing the tricks, just work on your style. make it flow. you look like a robot

  • I. Am. A. Robot.

  • Lmao :D

  • sketch, but goood

  • what are the demensions of that thing? ima bout to build one and i need some ideas.

  • Not a clue... I just know it's small.
