Actually, this is a brand new ThyssenKrupp elevator, and the Signa4 lantern has a 5-light arrow, instead of 3 with the old Dover lanterns.

Yes, and they should also have a floor indicator above the doors on the main floor, but what would have been cool would have been the use of blue LED bulbs, rather than red bulbs.

No, but the floor indicators are vandal resistant, and the lanterns are 5-jewel vandal resistant. So, the buttons are also vandal resistant Signa4 fixtures, or they could be a custom version of the Signa4, since they have blue LED bulbs.

It doesn't look like vandal-resistant fixtures, the normal signa4 has blue buttons while the vandal resistant has a red jewel in the middle.

Some of the really busy garages have only one elevator, which is quite dumb, and the signal fixtures are Signa4-VR, which are vandal resistant.

Yes, those are Vandal Resistant Signa4 fixtures, and those are my most favorite of all major brand elevator signal fixture packages, especially with the green/red lanterns, and the blue buttons.
