Troy, I am sure you will enjoy your Chris Craft and receive as many compliments as I do. I would enjoy viewing the photos, but do not have a facebook account. I hope to run onto you somewhere. Happy Boating to you.
We just paid off a 1965 57' Chris Craft Roamer. We can't wait to get it in the water for the first time this summer. She still has the original bed covers on the beds. You can ck her out on my face book page. Look me up at Troy Duwayne McKinley on face book. I love this video, it's great to have an idea of what ours will be like in the water. Thanks.
@michaelpilot1000 Chris Craft was making magnificent boats decades before the likes of Grand Banks ever existed. You can learn a lot making boats for that long a time...........like making boats with class, something most all others, don't have.
That's one beautiful boat! Do you still have her or have you made a sale? If you still have her will you make the Blue Water ABS this weekend? I had hoped to have my 36' done in time for this show but no such luck. I have been posting videos of the restoration progress.
I've had many chris crafts from 27 all the way to 57' and these boats are really in a class by itself. No matter where you go with a yatch like that, you are the center of atraction, period. I had one this size for 2 years and it was the best two years of my life. Before I had a 36' and we cruised from key west to savanah GA and back in it thru the intracoastal waterway, wish i could turn the clock back :).
My dad used to have a 1960 Chris Craft Constellation 66ft. He had that thing restored and it was the most beautiful boat i have ever seen, this thing was better than new. The interior was all redone to make it look like a brand new yacht that you would buy. The exterior was so well done there was not a single flaw. Its a shame that he sold it.
I fell in love with Constellations when I was growing up in Algonac, and this has to be the most GORGEOUS I've seen so far. And available too. If only..........
Good luck on the sale, I hope it goes to a worthy new owner.

CC Connies are the most elegant of all.
In the 40's-60's, I used to go down to the harbors in Chicago and dream of having one.
I still do.
