the tahiti waves are probably not makeable unless you get swung into them via jet ski and even then if you fell it would be a very serious pounding and could easily break a leg or arm.

ghost tree was the biggest and being held down in kelp while 2 or 3 big waves go over would likely drown you.

I never surf much over 6-8 feet. its the most fun size for me.
