Self image is important and as for people who are just unattractive to some, you're right. But as for some of these deformities, they aren't God's doing. A lot of those are human error because of all the chemicals and crap we inject in our bodies or have put in our air.

The giants in the bible (Goliath) weren't made by God. They were made by the angels and humans gettin busy! God doesn't lie and if he said that He made man in His likeness, than there would be no deformities. We created this.
