Even though I haven't long done The Big Bridge, this is still my favourite. Well, for outside battles anyway.

Not snowy mountains, just a bit on the crisp side. Cool and breezy as opposed to the hot summer air in the valleys.

this is the perfect theme for climbing the mountain dungeons in this game, even better than the mountain theme in FFIV and FFVI, it sounds more simplistic...and on a plus side you hear this theme relatively early in the game.

This reminds me when I was climbing Mount Rushmore. It was steep and rocky, and I had no equipment but the clothes on my back. I was freezing and cringing in a ball for warmth.

Suddenly, the fabled Halcyon came and swooped me to the top. Then we drank oolong tea and cupped our hands as we did.

I gathered wood for chopsticks and we dug into the rice.

All 3 mountain themes from Final Fantasy 4-6 were beautiful... I'd have to say my overall favorite mountain theme is like 4 > 6 > 5 just because of my taste of preference, though.

one of my favorite tracks in FFV! it sounds like the mountain theme from FFVI too but more upbeat. this is one of the reasons why I love the mountain missions in this game! ^^

i really enjoyed the music in this game. i also like the LIBRARY track. this game was good but too bad it never made it to the US during the SNES days :(
