I got mine today....it's actually fantastic! The keyboard is the best I ever felt, love having a NOTIFICATION LIGHT lol, and lightning fast with everything I do with it....God I NEVER thought I would ever say that about a BlackBerry...had a lot of bad eggs in the past: Curve 8320, 8330, Tour, then gave up and went Android and don't like the glitches of Android so this is my new baby but it's amazing

@bearhardman Im gettin anywhere between 6 to 10 hrs with moderate to heavy usage. For me it won't last a whole day so I am probably going to get a second battery, but then again the DroidX, Fascinate, and other BB devices I have had all had similar battery life times for me. The fascinate was by far the worst of the group. Also what I love about a BB is they use thin small batteries so the recharge time is fast. Hope that helps, it does last a long time

@bearhardman Hi sorry. I have actually been trying to respond but Youtube refused to accept it (kept getting error codes). I actually don't have a protective casing because they annoy me...they make the devices bulkier and obstruct the buttons so for me personally I am just super protective. The BB comes with a really nice holster case but they also make a sleeve JUST like that one but without the clip for I think $30.

@akuzaliza 9900 is GSM/UMTS only phone. e.g. it will work on ATT, TMobile but not on verizon(CDMA). 9930 is both GSM/UMTS and CDMA. So 9930 will work on Verizon as well as ATT.

BB is on the right track. Touch screen & the keyboard is much bigger than the others. Personally, I think the phone is just the right size for business use. Camera is standard ( 5 magapixel ) with flash. Nice looking phone.
