Great wrap-up. You should be on the today show or other NBC show doing the recaps. Some of us don't get to see the show till 2 weeks later.
It looks like the Red & gray team are In... the gray team work hard and have honor. I don't see why didn't get on Red, about working harder or thowing or not loseing weight. But they single out the white team. And he did great last week loseing 15lb. yes he needed the push.
