@saxonman Rubbish, any weapon straight out of the factory generally has no other modifications apart from perhaps a fixed rail, it's just that the m14 is typically seen as being bare partly due to it being no longer in service and thus not needing the modifications to match today's battles, they are still kicking around and fully healthy to fit an optic and for certain operations.

It's a VIP MAP PACK so you had them all installed when you bought the game. They're availble to other players for download because they didn't get the game when it came out. It's a way of stopping people buying the game illegally.
