I FIND IT Humorous all the "ATTACKS" on a man OF "PEACE"? Martin Luther King JR, Ghandi, John Lennon, I guess if you want to speak truth & peace.. MOST "IDIOTS" will sling shit (part of their personal stash I bet), but refuse to listen that would PROVE THEIR Ignorance.
@ozzyman1203 Every person who has ever tried to enlighten us or tell us to love one another was shot dead or crucified. Then people groan and weep about the great loss that we've had, and then we worship them after their death, and their entire teaching/message gets hi-jacked and turned into something to keep the people down.
We never listen to wisdom..... but some of us DO have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, and we'll be the ones to make it in the end; Think of it as natural selection.
@ozzyman1203 MAN.. I NEED TIME TO WAKE UP, I REALLY MESSED UP REPLYING... MAN! I LIKE RON PAUL, BUT REALISTICALLY FIGURE IF HE IS ALLOWED "TO WIN", THERE'S SOMETHING UP....
Think of the way Blizzard Entertainment creates Virtual Gold, and then think of what Ron Paul said @ 21:38 "Governments have always, this is not now but, thousands of years, Governments always, viciously protect their power to mint the money, and they don't like competition. "
Now realize, the power to create another currency is already available, RIGHT NOW!
Run Ron Run! I've been a Republican since the day I turned 18 in November 1972. I've been looking for a GOP candidate that genuinely believes in the great American principles of individual liberty, constitutional government, sound money, free markets and a foreign policy of nonintervention for more than 38 years. Ro Paul is the only candidate that I would vote for in the presidential election of 2012. Run Ron Run!
Lots to take in. It's funny to watch the reporter, who does a good job, by the way, sort of bristle at the strength of Ron Paul's remark that recent events in Egypt mark the end of America's latest colonialism. Uh, did I just hear someone speak the truth? Shocking!
One of the biggest problems with Americans is that they still cling to the notion of a political saviour. That's how Obama was advertised, that's how cult of personality is a failed idea. How did that work out last election?
Huge central government control never goes away by political action. It has a historical failure rate of 100%. Why? Because the people who benefit from big government largesse will fight any reduction tooth and nail.
Ron Paul for president, with Jesse Ventura as vice president...now THAT would be an interesting combination!
Ron simply telling people the truth, and explaining WHY things are the way they are, and Jesse not taking any bullshit from ANYONE who doesn't want the people to know the truth.
Many people in this country will never pay attention to politics long enough to understand why this man deserves to be president. Once elections come around they will be directed by their talking boxes to vote for someone other than him. We need to do our part to reach out to everyone conscious person out there and avoid spending time on the semi conscious. It's a tough fight, but it will only get harder from here on. For Liberty.
Every time I listen to this man speak I feel proud to be an American. We all need to continue sharing Dr Paul's links, articles, etc., with any and everyone we know so that the word can continue to spread.
Lets help this wonderful man out by helping get the word out more!
@dfortae yea it is such a depressing state the world is in, but seeing ron paul gives me hope. he's a good man, above all else. but even on top of that, smart as hell
@MartinHouser Minarchism is not the answer. Reducing government only frees up the private sector, which in turn creates more revenue for government to feed upon, and before long you are back to square one. A new paradigm must be enacted, but politics are so entrenched and the money is so easy, it's not possible in the US. I used to share your enthusiasm for Dr. Paul, but I've come to realize politics cannot cure politics.
@Krampfarsch It will never happen through peaceful political change. What you see happening in Wisonsin is just a very small example of how entitled Americans will irrationally lash out against shrinking government. The US wll have to undergo a radical change of philosophy over a period of time, not elect a "saviour".
@pretorious700 i agree. i think as a first step to a free society we need someone in a position to open the eyes of the many. and that could be ron paul as president. he is able to change the philosophical mindset of many people.
i have no doubt that it will bring mayor changes to more freedom for everyone in america and also the world if he gets elected.
@pretorious700 Indeed. This is precisely why Dr. Paul campaigns, gives speeches, and so forth. His motivation is to educate the public on the economics and history. A successful election however is merely an extra advantage.
@pretorious700 it seems contradictory to the first comment by pretorious, but is not. ron paul is the solution because he would change the very definition of politics as it is now
@pretorious700 As much as I hate politics I'm realistic in knowing that it won't go away, because it's a part of the human condition. No amount of wishing or hoping will change that. So by participating within the system, our modern day Cicero, Ron Paul will be our key to avoiding the usual tragedies that accompany 'politics as usual'.
@suitabledude Politics can go away. There was a time in history when no one could imagine slavery going away, or women gaining the vote, or blacks attaining civil rights in the US. It can go away like any failed system of enslavement.
@pretorious700 What do you think "Politics" means...where there are people in any discussion of how to do or how to respond or any group choice the conversations are politics...what do you imagine is a better word for such human experiences.

Now that prisons are privatized slavery isn't illegal in this country and it still exhists in most of the world.
For this man to not have a positive attitude about changing the FED when he has seen all this crap lately makes him a bit hypocritical.
laurasIs2c 11 months ago
@laurasIs2c slavery is illegal under the constitution
He has seen the bad things about the fed. He does not want to spill out all the truth out yet.
