when all ability is considered i hate to say this but sephiroth would probabley hand jechts ass to him on a plate in full out combat. the reason i say this is that if you look at sephiroths abilitys and jechts..... jecht shoots energy sephiroth throws motherfuckin meteors that it takes the planet and a powererfull ass summon to get rid of. not to mention it always takes at least 3 people to have a shot at beating sephiroth. and jecht is only one man without the benefit of a lot of helpers.

In FFVII Sephiroth was actually trying to summon Jecht but ha got was meteor.

Sephiroth's is missing a wing because Jecht got hungry one day and had a craving for BBQ wings.

Supernova was Sephiroth's attempt to recreate the true Jecht Shot. He didn't even come close.

Sephiroth is a wildly misunderstood character and Jecht would only win because of Sephiroth's lack of interest in inferior creatures. Destroying cosmos is only a peak of his power.

In Dissidia when Sephiroth loses he says "I've fallen into the shadows." indicating that there's still a bit of humanity to him or he simply doesn't care. And it is okay to compare characters when they are put into a same game. And don't get me wrong, I'm not only a Sephiroth fan but also a fan of Kefka and Jecht. The 3 awesomest FF villains ever.

I could never figure out how to edit the replays of your battles on Dissidia...but it's a great game. I saw the music was from Crisis Core. I hate to say it...but I was disappointed in that game. The story was really confusing and they just rushed into it without explaining, and the battle system was also pretty broken. Special attacks happen at literally random, so you sometimes get purely lucky at winning a boss battle with low health. I'm a big FF fan too... so that stunk.
