im in parkour..parkour is a filosofy and must be treated well..itsa all about getting from point a to point b not running and get chased by dogs...i would give him 2.5 / 5 no more than that

Freerun: Just do the moves from Parkour like Kingkong.. Freerun involves Flips..

Le Parkour: Get from A - B on the most effective way only by using your body and the obstycals around you.. ( Flips Arn't effective )

thats not what its all about. parkour is about getting from A to B in the quickest most fluid ways possible. doing hand stand push ups aint going to get you very far. very impressive though
