Probability does not defeat possibility, and many statistical models and sampling aren't honest representations. Articles has at least one motive, to get you to buy; the informative is a plus.
@LShiznit This is true for small scale studies. However, in my case it was a study involving ENTIRE AMERICAN pens. I wouldn't even follow statistics if they did a study based on 500 people.

Though I am all for using prison labor, this is IMHO ridiculous. Complex devices or safety equipment (armor included) should be left to hard-working professionals. Prison labor should focus on simple items or raw components.
And I am against any attempt of toughening laws only to send more people to prison for the sake of more prison labor.
Use the existing prison population, don't expand it!
