    It's shit for me coz I mainly go to the school gym which only goes up to 25 kg (55 lbs) but I know I can do more!

    Well dude, you might want to find another gym to train at cuz 55 lb dumbbells is not enough-sounds like you already out-grew your school gym. If you can't afford a gym membership, then simply use the dumbbells for high reps and sets...use the barbell shoulder press for heavier weight--I recommend push press and strict shoulder presses.

  • I guess from benching. I wore away some of the "cushion" I had between some joints and every time I benched, it would literally grind something together. I had AC Joint Surgery in 2008.
