I own IT Help Crew (ithelpcrewdotcom) we offer IT support for small business. So I spend alot of time calling and the Power Seller is saving my ass. I'm using the lite version and this thing is awesome...I just requested the trial of the full version...which I think may blow my mind with the built in Communicator option...right now I have to either write things down or copy it into Outlook...not as smooth as having the CRM built in.
