did you really actually lose that much weight? im trying to convince my mom to get me a wii fit plus for xmas, since im jobless atm (im 17 years old) and cant afford renewing my monthly gym membership, and i should be getting a job within the next week or 2, and then when i have a job/money, i wont have the time to go to the gym (my gym closes at 10pm) , so i need something that i can do on my own time and thought wii fit plus would be perfect..hopefully?

do the aerobics!! the hula hoop is amazing! you can do it for 10 minutes then do one of the running ones for 20 minutes to get in the 30 minutes. also i loooove the free step! you can watch tv while doing it! :) the balance games are fun but don't burn a lot of calories. the yoga and strength are good and will really help but i found them too boring to do everyday. maybe do aerobics 5 days a week and yoga/strength 2 days a week. good luck! :D

uhh k. well maybe you should talk to my scale, my mother's scale, and my wii. they all said approx.145lbs. *shrugs*
