@Judy101101 Energy was never created and it can not end, only transformed. Everything in this very heavy dense space is temporary--then on to wherever your mind directs you... No different from 'life'. : )

@Judy101101 When you think of something it takes no time and faster than the speed of light. To manifest what you thought of takes a certain time in the space of minutes, hours, days, and even years.

In the womb you go through 9 billion years of evolution in 9 months... 1st trimester amphibian/reptile, 2nd trimester Grey/'Alien'form, 3rd Humanoid/Human... You can not transform that fast in the flesh, but in spirit yes. Spirit can be explain by what you see everyday...Self knowledge
