Think about the gaseous sheet as an intermediate thing, between the solid and the not-so-empty space.

Think about lightning storms as part of this interaction, hurricanes too..

Big whirling things set in motion by very large electric forces, that can still be manipulated.

Forces reaching all the way into the Earth.

Weather mod will not be used to help the people. Weather mod will only be used as a weapon against the people.

Just look at all the crazy weather, earthquakes and the likes. Most of it is man made and turned lose on politically unstable areas of the globe.  Places where we can't just drop a bomb and get rid of people, we can give them a blast of man made mother nature.

@kabster, way to be awake! chemtrails daily now here in s.e.wisconsin when i can see the blue skies! years ago i had to wait a week or 2 to see a "persistant CONtrail" and now it is daily!

I guess weather modification attempts are rather a cause of more weather anomalies than a help. Anything humans have done to "make their lives easier" ends up making even more mess and problems on Earth.
