My daughter and I heard this on Classic FM several months ago and loved it! When she was looking for music to walk up the aisle to at her wedding, she considered the usual favourites – but none seemed special enough. She then remembered the haunting War Song melody! She got hold of the music, gave it to her music group who created an arrangement for piano and cello. So last Saturday I walked my beautiful daughter up the aisle to this wonderfully evocative music! To Marleymike, you're entitled to your opinion, and nobody said you had to accept anything, but you use the word 'Cheesy' and yes, to say you don't like it is fine, but ito brand it 'Cheesy' is missing the point and to a greater extent, the 'depth' of feeling that the piece is trying to convey.

Another beautiful piece of music from Phamie. I heard this piece in the church and it was as good as this...

Phamie, I am a former British Soldier & this song should be made into a national anthem for our troops returning home from war. It is a most powerful but gentle song. Well done.

To Marleymike, you're entitled to your opinion, and nobody said you had to accept anything, but you use the word 'Cheesy' and yes, to say you don't like it is fine, but ito brand it 'Cheesy' is missing the point and to a greater extent, the 'depth' of feeling that the piece is trying to convey.
Its not a question of intelligence either, I questioned whether you had the ability to convey and create something with feeling the way Phamie Gow, or any other artist, is able to.
