MADD is a buncha dumb bitches that don't get fucked anymore so they need something to keep busy. Drunk driving is very easy to do if you are not an idiot. I do it all the time and I got a clean driving record.
I drove drunk (drunk is an understatement) and got away with it 3/3 times. SUCK MY FUCKING DICK BITCH. Not a scratch on my whip, and I passed like 10 cops every time I did it. You know, I guess since I didn't kill anyone that just means I'm the shit. Fuck madd, you can't stop me from being awesome!

Is their any organization against text driving? As not a lot of people know it is more dangerous than drink driving. And is mainly young people who commit this offense. yet when caught all they get is a small fine and 2 penalty points
Also to the person who says that the laws against drinking and driving are taking away your constitutional rights, it's not. You're rights are, you can drink and you can drive but seperately. No where in the charter of rights does it say that you can drink and drive that is a law and if you violate it you deserve to go to jail, no where in the charter of rights does it say that you can KILL and driving drunk leads to accidents and people dying so no it's not taking away your rights DEAL WITH IT!

I can tell you why the kid did it cause he was under 21 and did not know the next time he would be able to get alcohol so he drowned himself in it knowing he may not get the chance for awhile and now that he is drunk he does not want to call up mom and dad to tell them he was drinking underage so he tried to drive home knowing he was drunk in fear of getting in trouble. If the age was 18 we wouldent overdue drinking and when we do we would call a parent cause it was legal. LOWER THE DRINKING AGE

When I was 13 I already knew kids that would get smashed regularly. These same kids would drive drunk regularly at the age of 16. I know 5-10 of these people crashed while driving drunk though only one of them died. Lowering the drinking age won't solve anything except allowing them easier and earlier access. IMO
