CoD 4 was the CoD franchises peak product. MW2 and 3 are not bad games just overdone. In other words they tried to outdo themselves with every game they made. CoD 4 is an all time classic that will never die and will remain the #1 CoD game ever made. MW2 and 3 are still awesome and fun games to play, but CoD 4 has simplicity. Bigger isn't always better.

its been out for about 5 years because it came out in December time 2007 . You make it sound like cod4 isn't still big because it hasn't got no where near the same ammount of people that used to play but alot of people still do. The biggest difference is gun recoil and much less auto aim. You actually have to steady your aim when firing because it does not stick to the enemy like MW2 or MW2. If you go back and play, you will see yourself losing aim off an enemy when firing at him, and that's because it does not have the stickiness to it. CoD has gone so far downhill it's really sad.
