What tune r you running? And btw mobile would have put 6.1 rather than 5.7 that looks more concerning than less than a half qrt. Sick tho!

1. It will not come out the cap unless its loose or the cap blew off.
2. is your Car making any sounds ? If you put to much oil, that is as bad as having no oil in your car.
The counterweights will make the oil foam/bubble up. And your oil pump will suck in those bubbles and dry your motor.
So I'd go back and ask them for a new motor ;D
