The information is wrong. Kosher and table salts are the worst salts ever. Sea salt has half amount of sodium that Kosher and table salt. Plus, fine restaurants never cook with Kosher or table salt. They only prepare foods with Sea Salt, because it is the most superior kind of salt around. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't watch your sodium intake with Sea Salt however.

If you need to cut down on salt, then you're not getting enough exercise. You should be draining salts through your sweat. Kidney problems is an exception.
