  • smoking shisha and on the patio with this music...priceless

  • This is so damn amazing, I can't get enough of this one.

  • i like this so it makes me want dance

  • ilove this song<3

  • The song ends at like 4:19, but I was wondering, why did you add another 2:38 @fallenkorean723? Just asking since I don't think you had to do that.

  • 私は馬とセックスしている。

  • French? Christ, this is not french! This is mixed up with tango, guys! It's from Argentina/Uruguay/Spain.

Probably the most sexy kind of music that ever existed. Dancin tango is like making sex on the dance floor, lol.

Anyway, just to clarify... Not french! And I say this because I'm half Uruguaian and my father was a tango singer!

  • τι απιστευτο κομματι !!!

  • I have heard that the Japanese society holds great regard for French culture. Whether that is true is unknown to me.

  • who cares what is sounds like? If you think it sounds good, then listen to it, if not then don't.

  • This sounds so cool...

  • mix tango and kabuki. fuck ya

  • This isn't Tango or Agentinian or anything else. This is Yoshida Brothers. There music is it's own category.

  • @skyhawk431 dude, with all the respect, Its shamisen accompained with tango rythm...

  • @skyhawk431 Actually Yoshida Brothers are in a category, a category called Tsugaru Shamisen

  • RACIST!

  • @reven50 what?

  • This has a similar tune to Yoav ft. Emily Browning's version of 'Where Is My Mind?', have a listen. :)

  • When I first heard this, I imagined two guys sword fighting on the Eiffel Tower. xD

  • @leeron111 i believe your thinking of rush hour 3

  • this is what i love about music, taking the idea of genres and labels of everything, and disregarding them. creating your own genre.

  • BRILLIANT! If I were making a movie, I'd ask permission to use this song during a fight scene.

  • love love LOVE the Yoshida brothers! They do amazing work imho.

  • I have a question... why the silence at the end? o.o

On the other side, that's a lovely and well done song! Gotta love 'em.

  • Could someone PLEASE tell me the name of the instrument being played @ 2:49?

  • @Riku0MickyMouse i think its an acordeon (i think thats the name). the sound looks like its one, but im not sure, havent heard one in a while

  • @Riku0MickyMouse i think it may be a piano accordian or an accordian

  • they r geniuses!

  • Who cares if it's French or Argentinean. It's awesome.

  • Thanks for the upload, I love this song.

btw, it's actually a culmination of Latin American themes, Italian spacing, (very weak) American overtones, trad. Japanese themes (and instruments), and overall awesomeness. This isn't just one nationality in music. This isn't even one continent.

  • look for "vecchia romagna commercial" in youtube. you will get what i mean.

  • You guys got it wrong.... Actually its ITALIAN style.

i used a really good quality headphones & speakers.

The voice say "Prima sera intorno all'Italia?" retoric question "First night(intended as first performance) in Italy?", also the tipical Italian tone and accent its easy to hear, I can understand who thought was argentinian, they have a accent close to italian.

Italians aswell are known in all the world as passionate ppls, and I could clearly hear the italian style in it.

  • @followTHEchicken Dude, this song is tango all the way! Japanese love tango. Not only that, but the voice says: "Que no se la tonalidad!" in an OBVIOUS argentinean accent (Buenos Aires/porteño accent to be precise).

But if that doesn't work for you, what about the bandoneon?

  • Comment removed

  • @lisandro22

Tango isnt only Argentinian and I cau understand you got confused because the Argentinian accent its pretty similar to the Italian. But i can say now that the voice say "la prima sera attorno l'italia?" with a south Italian accent. I read a recension about the song and.... Yoshida brothers got the inspiration for this song during a trip around Italy.

that what a Japanese music magazine said about the song. my girlfriend translated.

Who cares... it still a awesome melody anyway.

  • @followTHEchicken Yeah. It's awesome. Believe as Argentinean and Italian descendant I can tell for a fact that is not Italian. It's Spanish

Since bandoneons are representative of Italian music? The Bandoneon is German and it was brought to Argentina later on.

If the Yoshidas made a Tango by copying Italian music... Well, they didn't catch Italian music...

  • @lisandro22

guys... more than tell you that i did read that stuff on a japanese Music magazine i dont know what to say.

anyway the bandoneon was in use and pretty popular also in italy... Tango is not only from Argentina. look at this video QGhDk9FiAgk

I dont know where the tango had origin.. but.. i wont discuss anymore about this. Im not a music expert but I believe in what I did read if that japanese magazine made a interviev and yoshida brothers said "Italian Inspiration". Shirimasen

  • Whatever the style is for this song, it works like a mothercanucker. ^_^

  • french style hahaha.....this is argentinian TANGO duuhhhh!!!

  • found this by typing Gackt into Pandora... now I love the Yoshida Bros.!!

  • muy buena la fusion de tsugaru shamisen, con el bandoneon que es tan particular, excelente

  • Yoshida Brothers....how amazing they are :DDDDD Lovely!

  • No matter the culture you was born into, one must have a deep apperiation for the melodys these masters of their art bring to us. I am forever grateful for the experience they share with me, and spread upon this world.

    Domo arigato, Yoshida Brothers.

  • @bigjessysama no diga eso es una musica muy hermosa y apasionante, en cada pais existe su propio estilo musica, talves canse , pero son bellas.

  • By the way, tango come from argentine, not from france.

  • @Tecato1982 in fact, the tango has their origins from gipsys o "Gitanos" that came from many plces in Europe. Argentina made it more popular n of curse they made it their particulary style.

  • Such talent!

With every song I hear I'm falling deeper inlove with their music! :-)

  • la pieza es besillisima y ese toque te tango es magnifico , ese demuestra que en la musica no tod esta hecho ya.

  • wow it s ...it s tango Oo and yoshida brothers all in one delightful song ... i think that i m in love :)

  • Sounds like something Quentin Tarentino would use XD

  • Sounds like a James Bond soundtrack... XD

  • I've been searching for a song that would fit a dance that I want to write in an FF. I always had a frantic Song of Storms tango remix in my head even though there wasn't any remix as such. I was looking through my list of songs/albums I need to buy and decided to listen to some. I realized that this was the song that I had in my mind that fit perfectly. Definatly one of my faves. I have this perfect image in my head, too. ^-^

Is in the minute 1:03 when someone says: "que no se la tonalidad" meaning: "that I dont' know the tonality" spoken with argentince accent, I'm not argentine, I'm mexican, anyway I enjoy traditional japanese music, and mixed with other kinds of music too.

  • @Tecato1982 "es que no se las tonalidades" so hes saying tonalities. : )

  • @Tecato1982 lol I'm argentinian and i put my wtf face when i heard that 10 seconds ago. xD

  • @Tecato1982 to be honest it sounds a bit like 'that sounds pretty good' XD

  • P.D. I notice is argentine 'cause they speak some words in spanish with argentine accent

  • Ah, pensé que me estaba volviendo loco... yo escuché en un momento que hablaban

  • dicen "es que no me se las tonalidades" en acento 100% argento ;)

  • Hi fallenkorean723, it is a great kind of music and it doesn't has a french influence, it has a argentine influence, it is tango music mixed with yoshida music, and tango is from argentine, adopted by the french too, and many other countries, anyway it's a great song.
