Had the same problem this morning with my Volvo Penta V6... your Dremel trick woked so nicely... thank you for the video... (blue wire for blue sky to move the trim up and green wire for green grass to movethe trim down... eheh)
@schustf hey I didnt have that type type of regulator that you have I had a solenoid and I replaced it.. now I have to add trim fluid because it still isn't coming up so I will be doing that this weekend and if that doesnt do it, off to the shop it shall go, but due to your video it help point me in the right direction......Thanks
I have the same outboard with the tilt & trim feature. I have had the same problem for about a month and your video saved me alot of time and money. Thanks for posting have a great day.

@cpskolan98 i would think it would be a trim related problem not a moisture problem.
