Have just started watching this instructor video.  Very detailed breakdown and he is very good at explaining each segment, ie. good articulation. Many video instructions are short on breaking down fluid body movements which understandably is more difficult to explain than basic step positions. This appears to be a cut above some others.

I also found this video quite clear. I'm learning Salsa "on 1" though. Are there a lot of lady styling videos on the website that teach the basic body movements? And is it possible to purchase DVDs?

Absolutely, there are a ton of body movement videos... they are all online in a video library, we update them weekly instead of DVDs to deliver classes faster to our students... check it ou.

Thank you soo much for this video! I was trying to find a way to learn shoulder roll because they don't teach that in any of the classes I've been taking. You guys are fantastic and have the best styling in the world.

Do you offer any kind of DVD's with ladys styling? I would love to get one if possible.
