Use a crow bar to break open the hatch, lower yourself in the tank, look for a button that says starter, push it, hit the gas and go. It was a lucky break for Nelson tho cause no one was guarding the gate that gains access to the yard where the tanks are located. The gate was left unlocked so it was a lucky break for and also no one was around to stop him the yard was completly deserted.
