Oh my word, I had to call my partner to come watch this video because I just couldnt believe how fantastic your cookies looked. I tracked down your youtube channel after I found your blog, amazing stuff!
I found this video through university of cookie. Your Eiffel Tower is insane! I never thought about/knew I could use a projector to help me pipe designs. That's so smart!
The projector has really changed how I decorate cookies... I can't draw so it helps me do designs I wouldn't be able to do without it. If you're interested, there's a tutorial on my blog on it (in the tutorial section). Happy decorating!
OMG SERIOUSLY! these are AMAZING. thanks for taking time to show the steps in making the eiffel tower especially bc I was just blown away by how easy you make it look. Love it! I'm a fan :)
At about 1:25 in the video I mention how to help that problem and some other ways of drying you might like to try. Hope that helps and have fun decorating!
Hello, I live in tropical country (Malaysia) and generally the weather is hot and humid. When I leave my cookie to dry overnight in room temperature, it get soft the next day, not soggy but soft but generally Malaysian like kind of crispy and crunchy cookies. How do I prevent that from happening? Does the thickness of the cookies and baking time and temperature can help in avoiding the soft cookie?
This is so cute!:) I like them. I was wondering how do you do the templates so that it shines from the top and you can easily draw the patterns. Thanks for the answer.:)
@TheKatyKitty I'm using a projector because I can't draw. ;-) If you go to my blog, click on Tutorials, then Cookie Tutorials, you will find one called KopyKake Tutorial. All the information you will need it there.

The best cookie decorating ever. Even with the speed up it's still clear and easy to follow. Now you make me want to make cookies. lol
