Help me! None of the autorun files, including the ones I didn't make, works! I tried another pc and the same file worked fine. Why won't my pc run autorun files?
Could this be used to make other USB's autohack besides the cruzer u3? Because in the other video you said I had to have a cruzer u3... Please answer.
gigafide, I have put the FILE that I want to open in a FOLDER on my USB... Autorun.inf is LOCATED in the USB Stick WHILE the FILE that I want to Auto-Run is in the folder on the same drive... It doesn't work... Why?
And if i want it to open a folder, and not a batch file...what extension do i use..just like the batch file has .bat ,, what does folder has --- .ff? (as file folder) or i just tipe the name of the folder?
And if i want it to open a folder, and not a batch file...what extension do i use..just like the batch file has .bat ,, what does folder has --- .ff? (as file folder)
I moved my file named myapp.exe that is an exe file, and i replugged it in and nothing happened...just same old "do u wana scan" crap..ill sub for help
excuse me sir. . why does it just open the folder of where the autorun and my batch file was located. . i want to run my batch file as soon as i insert my usb. . for example. . you inserted the usb. . then BANG the the batchfile runs. . what am i going to do? please help. . owh one more my anti virus blocked the autorun. . why is it so???
please i want to know somthing, i have windows 7 and the when i insert my usb drive it wont show me the autoplay window,, i want it soooo much, please can you hell me restore it again?
does this thing only work on vista? because i have been searching the internet for this, and everyone sais it just runs with CD/DVD drives. no usb devices.
How can this work with an installation or setup.exe I tried it and it worked except for the fact that during the installation of the software on the disc it said to insert the disc not reading the installation folders and files burned onto the disc.
Anyone know how to help me fix this I would really appreciate it.
u used a CD and not a flash drive ? I think it sounds like the setup program was seeing the CD as C: drive ( boot drive ) and not as a CD rom drive ( D: E: F: etc )
Remember the conficker bug? Microsoft released a patch a while back to disable autoruns so that it wouldn't spread from computer to computer through USB drives.
Both the inf file and the other file which get opend arent aloud to be in a folder so if you klick on g you have to see them Strate away ( if its g:\ )
how can you make it to when it comes up in the autorun thingy( without automaticly running the program... but it lets you pick if you want to run it...)
Is it possible that some keys don't support autorunning? Because I've tried that exact code, and nothing happens. It comes up as a settings file, so I know I got the extension right, and the path is correct... any idea whats wrong?
but how do i get the cds or dvds to autorun? do i have to but all the .bin file in all of the cds i want to use or do i put it in the cd drive of where the cds will be?
why doesnt the autorun work for me? i have gotten autoruns to work in the past. i am trying to make it open my backup thing. this is what it looks like:
check and make sure that backup.bat is named correctly and is located in the same place as the autorun file. Also make sure that the autorun file is saved as .inf and not as a text file.
what language is this?
