What do u press to use this? Cause I pressed. Bunch of buttons to do it but nothing happens, I have is acquired and I have critical mass and everything, but it's just not working

@DarkAngle98989 finish story missions then when your far enough in the story it will allow you to get this upgrade

you must buy some atacks before you can unlock them

you'll need some certain powers for it so buy everything you can find then it'll be available
