There is an incredible amount of focus and devotion in your lives and I believe you can help inspire a movement of self-awareness and emotional strength in your students, friends and viewers. I, myself will be practicing one of many martial arts starting this June. In doing so, I will learn more about my body, my mind, their capabilities and their limits.
