Nah this is fake, a few points.

1. the persons weight is over his right foot and if he stumbled a person falls in the Direction of the weight this meaning he should have fallen towards the roof not away.

2. He makes it look like he is stumbling on his left but his left foot was never planted nor bore much of his bodies weight so he can't stumble on that foot.

3. Given the slope of the roof and the angle of the body if anything were to happen it would have been him sliding down the roof.
