  • Greetings from Bo in Montana I have not heard from you in a while my viking brother...

  • @CombatArchery Hey Bo! I haven't had time to make any videos but don't worry I have been shooting and hunting with bow and arrow actively. Summer is coming and I think my backyard shooting range is opening soon. Take care and greetings from Eastern Finland.

  • Hi Griffonist...I just went to Scotland and picked up my Griffon GL. Mine has the yew lamination on the outside and it is beautiful. It is 69# @ 28. I am just curious about your arrow length. Have you cut them down some? What spine weight are you finding works well? Sid at Border said possibly +20# spine so I'd be looking at about 85-90 spine arrows since my draw is a bit less than 28". Thanks in advance for any advice about the Griffon! (I almost got the Harrier, but Griffon was too beautiful).

  • @steveoreese Congratulations! Griffon is great bow. I just send you email. Hopefully we can see your Griffon in action here in YouTube.

  • @Griffonist ...I have made my first video...much shorter than yours, and I'll have to practice to get as good as you are, but it was fun to make!

  • Didn´s see the arrows flight but loved the sound of them! Excellent shots from that distance! Are you SURE you are not relatives with Bo?.......Same Viking-blood in veins....

  • @Trophybow1 Thank you. Yes, I'm sure. 8)

  • Yeah, that is great shooting for 30m!

  • @firebelliedtoad Thank you.

  • That was an splendid shooting for 30 m!

I like the colors of the feathers, it's the same colors that I use, but sure that your arrows are better quality than mine :)

  • @miketalhoffer Thanks. Well, those are "easy to do"-arrows. I just ordered dozen pre-finished shafts from 3Rivers archery and tuned and finished them like I wanted. Cutting the lenght of shaft I was able to do proper arrows for three different bows with three different draw weights. I think it's well spent money. 8)

  • Nice to see a new video !

Your new arrows seem to work very good.

Hard to believe, that you have some snow already.

Here in Germany there is ‘’Ruska – Time” currently. : )

Ruska ….. a nice word (Trophybow told me ) for a beautiful season.

    Take care,

    ~Thomas

  • @wilsbow Well, we have ruska too, but snow came really early. Normally all the leaves have fallen down before snow comes. Now there is colorful leaves still in the trees and some snow on the ground. And yes, I'm pretty happy with the arrows.

  • Does the polar night already begin in Finland?:)

  • @argberg Not yet. Now it's really sunny and nice weather outside but it's getting dark after 6pm.

  • Good shooting and in low light wow.

  • @EDINBURGSTAR Thank you.

  • The Arrows Test How did that work for you?

  • @CombatArchery Hey Bo! Arrows were working very well. Now I need to make few more. In that place we have targets for longer distances too so maybe I try 40 or 50 metres next time.

  • I had Heard you have had snow! Thank you for Video...Great to see you today.

I see 3 Good Shots ....Greetings also ....You Are Amazing Archer. The Bow is Good, Ya!
