I know this might be a little late, but Isaac is trapped on the USG Isimura with a bunch of body snatching aliens called necromorphs that infested the ship and all around it. So you have to fight your way through hordes of these things trying to save yourself and your companions while trying also to fix the ship before it is destroyed and plummets to orbit AND find your girlfriend who was stationed there.

Hehe not bad. It's a good gameplay video. You're playing in Easy or Normal, right? Because in Hard mode it takes A LOT more of bullets to kill the enemies. I'm getting crazy trying to pass the last chapters. X___x
