well......actually i have confirmed that this bhajan is in raag madhuvanti.

in this raag the Gandhar(Ga) is komal, Mahdhyam(Ma) is tivra whereas there are 2 Nishads(Ni) komal as well as shuddha.

....in short an very spiritual raag which also one of my favourites!!

That bhajan is called Shivaskatam. I asked the person who has posted that bhajan on youtube and he said it's from the Krishna Anuraag CD series. The bhajan is called Shiv Anuraag there. Its a beautiful bhajan and I am glad you love it too :)
