  • where is the geysers on the picture of the movie?

  • Yawn

  • Kool id love to go to yellowstone

  • Cool video.

  • this is confusing

  • I enjoy the visuals, but the narrators voice? I find annoying.

  • ghndthnmety

  • wheres the URLS these days!

  • at 0.11 seconds in that a wrestler called umaga but he died sadily its so sad outside of wwe he as so sweet rip umaga

  • now 1 thing how did he die?

  • is this guy trying to sound like Optimus Prime?

  • @TheGummyBear1991 maybe he is Optimus Prime

  • AHH WATCH OUT HE'S GONNA EXPLODE!

  • It's pronounced "Algae", not "Aljy", and geyser is pronounced "Geyser", not "Gizer".

  • different countries/people have different pronunciation. get over it

  • @mentlyscrwd depends on where you're from sum say geyser sum say geezer at the end of the day u still know what there talkin about dont be such a dick lol

  • why run 3000000 lightbulbs for just a hour ?

i suppose runing just one for a much longer period of time dosnt sound so impresive :P

  • i agree, but you carnt run a average bulb for more than 48 consecutive hours as the filement fill become to hot and melt/ snap.

  • BULL.

  • Nonsense you can run an average light bulb for about 750 consecutive hours providing it is the correct wattage for the power source.

  • yea special bulbs can withstand very high temperatures for a long amount of time. my lava lamp has been on for a month solid

  • fucking yanks again... we've got the best geysers on the planet in yellow stone. who gives a tiny rats arse at all.

  • What the hell is this crap

  • It is hard to watch with him sayin guyser all the time lol!

  • why do americans insist on making every thing sound like an add for an action film?

    attention span maybe?

  • lmao, you knw that shit man.

  • strange steamy things ooooooo

  • they say algae wrong as well

  • It's the British way of saying it.

  • Wow, this guy sure know's how to make this sound really dramatic.

  • sorry, but that was a terrible narrator!

  • no we dont we say pay-tree-ot or patriot

  • Interesting pronunciation here! In English, we say "gee-ser". The yanks seem to love changing our words - they call this a "guy-ser"!

Another example I noticed recently was the way they've changed the way we pronounce 'patriot'. In English, we say "pat-tree-ot" (like it's spelt). In American they say "pay-tree-ot". Time to reclaim back the Colonies! lol.

  • @Gandalf606 Im English and i say guy-ser and pay-tree-ot.

  • well it's not pronounced guyser. It's pure and simply wrong.

  • well icelandic people named it and they cal it geysir, so Americans aren't just going against the icelandic pronunciation, but going against english too, Just stupidity if you ask me.

  • I live in england and it's not too rare to even hear British people say 'guy-ser' and 'pay-tre-ot', depends what part of the country your from tbh.

  • People say things differently all over the world, best to complain about what's being said not how it's being said.

  • carbon monoxide? oooh deadly!!!

  • Awesome

  • @Krakatoa if were thinkjing about the same thing i`mn just gunna lol

  • cytheria aint got shit on this!

  • @krakatoa16 lolololol

  • Rainwater heating up to 600 degrees? lol I think he got his facts wrong on that bit!

  • @acolyteuk, if you actualy listened to the video you would find out they arent just water they have other stuff in

  • 2:05 "A cold place to see some really hot water" he made that sound sexy somehow xD

  • loool yh

  • strange steamy things wtf ha

  • Americans always exaggerate things. 'Only a glimpse of the devastating power that the Earth holds''

  • and the fact that its a bbc program means nothing?

  • @iTormenTi um i think that this is a bbc production and so its not really american, kinda english....

  • some of wha u say is accurate, bbc are the world standard as it was BBC who invented television so the world owes them royalties don't they just like a copyrighted song, they were the first.

  • IsCumaFut2 bbc invented television? LOL! u know nothing about the invention of tv!

  • Comment removed

  • im from iceland

  • They tell you basic facts so you can develop your own opinion and have an individual view on things.

Its better than having a story dictated to you and you only see and view what they demand you see.

  • @Vimtox well said

  • WTF is the narration about?

The worst possible use of public money.

I would rather pay for duck houses and moats to be cleaned TBQFH.

  • why has BBC let the US make this look more like some dramatised tv show than a nature show ?

  • David Attenborough should be doing this!

  • I hate how you have to listen to the corporate script in order to see nature on earth. They always present nature with this dramatized narrative and clever editing style like its some kind of spectacle for consumers until the commercials come on and they make their money.

  • Ive been to Lake Bogoria in Kenya...We saw the millions of flamingos. It was a pink carpet on the lake lol

  • What's with the Silent Hill music in the background? I never could understand some programs like this. I want to listen to the noises the geyser makes, not some shoddy silent hill ripoff.

  • Lol at the Iceland's people taking a bath in a Geyser

  • It must have been made in the 90s - the commentary is terrible beyond description:)

  • Wow in Iceland !

  • "fast, hot, and prefers to go up"

    wtf?

The usual American narration style of: 'make everything sound dramatic and dangerous' is annoying enough... but when its this cheesy its just laughable.

guess the bbc couldn't get attenborough for this one.

  • @Isanion "these places are..... spooky" OMG lol XD indeed, attenborough is the only one for these sort of things

  • @Isanion It's not an American style. I usually hear it with British accent in movies.

Listen carefully, add the sound effects/ sound tracks...you'll know what I'm talking about.

  • lol... so true... oerdramatise everything!

  • Ruined by narrator.

  • @michael1608

    Don't be so picky.

  • wooo

  • wow so many trolls on these videos, chill man, this is a nice video, thanks for showing us how this shit works.

  • GEY...

  • holy shit. if your gonna use an american narrator at least use Morgan Freeman lol. interesting vid but I hate over the top narration when its not needed. americans managed all the bloody time.

  • Hot stuff blowing out of the hole

  • This vid is so gey

  • narration is painfully shit, need a nice Attenborough to guide you through.

  • @SirRunnerBean theres noone like good old dave is there :)

  • good

  • fuming newman YOU RACIST DAMN RETARD

  • wow, i dont really care for this video, now that I have seen it, I'm not gonna go there, and that means this shit travel company wont have succeeded !!!

  • the narrator sounds like a prick probably a yank

  • Nice video but annoying narration (at least I found it). Makes you yearn for Sir David Attenborough!

  • Only the British know how to narrate.

American narrators treat the viewers as preschoolers...

  • i wondered why every time i'd watch something with an American narrating a history channel or the like it felt like i was being robbed of something decent

  • to true man

  • agreed

  • agreed on what?

  • fag

  • A good little clip this.

  • fag

  • fag

  • I Genuinly enjoyed watching this thanks
