"Everyone should learn how to swim" I couldn't agree more. In fact, in my religion it is a positive Mitzvah (commandment) for parents to teach their kids how to swim (they shouldn't then let their kids watch this cartoon;-) either through swimming lessons or they can teach them themselves .
