Hmm, I don't see it that way. I think EJ acting like the jerk he is only shows Sami what a wonderful man she has in Rafe and solidifies their relationship. Fighting or not, Sami does not love EJ and never will. Days execs are trying to make Sami into the next Marlena and her family the most important thing to her. With the danger that surrounds EJ, Ejami doesn't stand a chance. Days has also stated that they are making Rafe into Sami's Roman. EJ is more like her Dr. Alex North.
