Is there any regard for your own centre of gravity (the hips) like there is in other styles of martial art? I remember this concept (tumo or 'one point') was pivotal in the martial art I studied years ago. All power and motion began there...wondering if Aikido uses a similar idea. Great vid. Thanks.
