@F3ardaymark Longest one of this Hornby i've seen, was around 5 or 6 of them added together. Was at the old Dapol musem before they moved location. Sounds good though with what you've got planned.

@toolalingus This one came with sound as standard. Deltic 22 is running on the 11th of September, as is number 19 & 9. So if you can time it right, get all 3 in one day!!

is that Hornby Percy on the shelf? if so get Bachmann models, they last longer and the plastic cylinder doesn't get worn

Yes, long way to go with the layout yet. I've still to build the upper level baseboards which will have the scenery.I'm currently working on wiring up the last 4 point motor's on what you see here.Regards.

I could of put more notch up, but was driving it steady. In a forth coming video you'll see/ hear lots of thrash. Here limited by how the compact camera records the sound. A lot louder than what you hear here. Cheers.

As I've mentioned in my update video's on the layout, this layout wil be a double level layout. What you see here is the lower level which is mainly the storage / fiddle yards. The only scenice scetion will be the bridge area on what you see here. Once i've finished the last 4 points on this level, i'll then be building 8 more base boards which will go above what you see here. All the scenic are station etc, will be on that level. So long way to go yet.Cheers.
