@thethehoosiers The bridge is Hornby's grand suspension bridge, just adapted to fit the layout. Deltic 22 is out this weekend again, on a tour to Scotland :-) Cheers.
@ay76 i am thinking of buying a new one to add on to my other one i have in some of my vids to make a super grand suspention bridge 2 times the size of the normal one so it would realy great
@F3ardaymark Longest one of this Hornby i've seen, was around 5 or 6 of them added together. Was at the old Dapol musem before they moved location. Sounds good though with what you've got planned.
i really have fallen in love with deltics! i'll be going to buy one for my railway once i finish work today!! did you buy this one with sound or did you have to get it installed?
@toolalingus This one came with sound as standard. Deltic 22 is running on the 11th of September, as is number 19 & 9. So if you can time it right, get all 3 in one day!!
@crazyracer12 I was wondering how long before some one would spot that. It's what's known as cream crackered!! Found it in a box years ago, so now a waits the day for if my young un ever wants to play with it. Cheers.
paid for it and got it, what a monster!! Hornby select wont let me use the guards whistle sound grrr need to upgrade, but 55001 sounds cool never the less!
Lovely Iain, the sound is nice, i am going on holiday to North Yorkshire on saturday and will be traveling on the NYMR i will upload some clips of it.
Yes, long way to go with the layout yet. I've still to build the upper level baseboards which will have the scenery.I'm currently working on wiring up the last 4 point motor's on what you see here.Regards.
I could of put more notch up, but was driving it steady. In a forth coming video you'll see/ hear lots of thrash. Here limited by how the compact camera records the sound. A lot louder than what you hear here. Cheers.
As I've mentioned in my update video's on the layout, this layout wil be a double level layout. What you see here is the lower level which is mainly the storage / fiddle yards. The only scenice scetion will be the bridge area on what you see here. Once i've finished the last 4 points on this level, i'll then be building 8 more base boards which will go above what you see here. All the scenic are station etc, will be on that level. So long way to go yet.Cheers.
i like your bridge and at the moment im in love with deltics

is that Hornby Percy on the shelf? if so get Bachmann models, they last longer and the plastic cylinder doesn't get worn
