Basically, your balance point is constantly changing. I think it's important to really listen to the biofeedback and adjust accordingly. I'm always worried that I'm overextending myself, but if so far I haven't physically or mentally reached a point where I felt that I was doing too much. Anyway, great stuff! I really liked this one!
Great advice! I completely agree with everything you said. Moderation is something I strive to achieve in every aspect of my life. But finding the right balance is incredibly difficult. Sometimes the more you do, the more you're able to do, or if you do too much, you can't subsequently do as much, and various other combinations of effort.
I strongly agree..If you give too much in a single activity, chances are you'll feel bored and exhausted after sometime..thanks for the tips..plus your an eyecandy :P
All I have is a punching bag, an exorcise bike, weights, and a wooden katana. Is that good or do I need the hand padding thing too?
