@lilmissmuah Congrats on getting a piano! The piano is unique because it is one of the only instruments where you can play multiple parts at the same time. Typically our left hand plays the bass (low) notes and our right hand plays the treble (high) notes. I plan to discuss specifically what to do with each hand in a lesson very soon so keep an eye out for that. In the meantime, I would suggest that you begin by doing the same thing in both hands to build strength and dexterity.
@lilmissmuah For example, from this video you could work on finding scales in both your left & right hand equally. Also, from the next lesson on chords, you could work on finding chords from each scale using both your left & right hand equally. The muscles used to play chords & scales need to be developed & it takes time. So, be patient & in time you can work to play different things in each hand. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching & all the best to you in your musical endeavors!
@MusicL0v3e12sF012Ree Thank you so much! Yes, I did make the music. I am actually working on putting together an album that I hope to publish on iTunes and Amazon soon. I'll post an update when it goes live. Thanks again!
these lessons are very helpfull thank you sir!Im in grade 4 and i really think its a tiny bit hard but i like them because im leaarning o canada but id like basic so thankyou!!
@conorp099 There are no chords in this video because the focus is on how scales are made. If you would like to learn about chords I suggest you watch the next video, Lesson #3 - How chords are made.
